Wilder NapalmBaffling comedy drama in which two brothers, Wallace and Wilder Foudroyant (Quaid and Howard) squabble over Winger. Here's the twist - they both have the psychokinetic ability to start fires with the power of their mind. Quid puts these talents to use as a sideshow clown; Howard works in a film processing outfit in a shopping mall. It's hard to imagine the circumstances under which the greenlighting of Caron's confusing film could have occurred. Were they all high on ether that morning at Tri-Star? Did they spin a bottle? And the cast seems to have no better handle on the material than the audience.
