I haven't seen the original, but this one was pretty good. I enjoyed the storyline and it was well acted. [SPOILER] . I give it an 8/10. I'll go find the original and watch it, it would be better as a full strength thriller/horror movie.

I had high expectations for this movie.. I loved the original but this was missing something, maybe it was the fact that it's a watered down PG-13 version of a old school Horror movie? Yep, that was it.. It wasn't horrible but it lacked a serious edge and during the movie I found myself doing other things just to pass the time.. 2/5..

Compared to the originals this one lives up and goes beyond those. I enjoyed it and like the way the story was paced. I suggest you watch this one first before old ones because it is up to date and better. You will like the ending.
