Martin Bishop is the head of a group of experts who specialise in testing security systems. When he is blackmailed by Government agents into stealing a top secret black box, the team find themselves embroiled in a game of danger and intrigue. A good old fashioned thriller dressed up in modern (well early 90s) computer espionage. Robert Redford heads up the eclectic and talented cast as computer hacker Martin Bishop. Martin has a past. He and a fellow student transeferred funds to worthy causes. He escaped, his pal didn't. Enter the CIA with an offer he can't refuse. He and his unorthodox team have to try and steal a mysterious blackbox and are quickly plunged into a vicious world of danger and betrayal.

This is a charming film with just the right amount of humor, and unlike many modern films it doesnt patronise the audience in any way. The all-star cast put on a superb performance, the writing is sharp and witty, and the plot is full, intelligent and engrossing.
This film is delightful, with just the right mix of tension, humor, action and most of all it is pure fun. This timeless film is a jewel that you will want to watch again and again!
