Predictable and weak
Long slow start introducing the crew of the spaceship, then they get to Mars and it all starts happening.
All rather predictable stuff which doesn't manage to create enough excitement to make up for the shallow characters. The character of the female Commander is explored to some extent (cringing shower scene), but the rest of the crew are interchangeable. Still, I did make it through to the end, so if you're a sci-fi addict and you've done all the others, it's better than an evening of soaps and makeovers. |
