Quick ChangeThis under-rated comedy casts Murray, Quaid and Davis as a trio of unlikely but skilled bank robbers, who pull off a classy heist. They try desperately to make their escape to the airport, but find themselves crashing from one disaster to the next. From the opening scenes with Murray dressed as a clown for the robbery and playing his cynical, wise-cracking card to great effect, to the trio pitting themselves against the whims of New York City, this is breathtaking and inventive stuff. With a co-director credit, Murray is calling the shots, and on this form he's unmatchable. |
