Nothing But Trouble
"Wasn't Worth the Trouble" might have been a more suitable title for a lousy comedy that quite blatantly rips off the premise of Peter Weir's cult classic, The Cars That Ate Paris. Dan Aykroyd wrote and directed this cinematic calamity, in which he also stars as a sadistic judge who delights in tormenting unsuspecting motorists. Chevy Chase and Demi Moore deserve no sympathy: they read the script before they signed their contracts. John Candy rescued many pictures with his engaging cameos, but even in drag he is unable to salvage anything from the wreckage.
