And Max Von Sydow Will Be Playing The Role As The Devil As Long As I Live.

I Liked The "Ave Maria" Sequence & The Crazy Horse~Gambler.

Lotsa' Good Stuff In This Movie.

I've read every book King has published and have seen all of Hollywood's adaptations of

them , this was one they should have left alone. Never expect Hollywood to be able to match your own imagination,can't be done even though they sometimes surprise you with a decent close second. Had there been no novel first ,I would have rated this a decent 4/5 , but with Kings written word for comparison I can't be as generous, maybe a 3/5.. The amount of time King spent with character preparation was needed and as usual the script writers couldn't , to our disappointment. While still a decent flick ,it's one of Hollywood's worst adaptations of a King Novel..in my opinion.

Actors did a fantastic portrayal of the characters I'll give them that.

One starts to wonder , when a writer such as Kings starts having all his work turned into movies, does this start to effect his style for the worse?

I love most Steven King Movies and Books. The people who play the evil people never seem to be the ones a person would think is a god evil person. but their always good at being bad in king movies so to say.
