Touching and very sad. There had to be tags or chips on at least some of these animals right? I do not understand why these groups did not start up large central shelter to try to find the owners, and instead shipped the animals off all over the country making it so much more difficult to find the owners. It seems a real effort to try to reunite the pets with the owners was not done. As usual, it seems to boil down to money, or in this case the lack thereof.

Heartbreaking and uplifting at times.

Both sides had good arguments regarding the ownership of the animals after the Katrina disaster.

Some happy endings, some sad and some unresolved.

This is both heartbreaking and Poignant - Shows the true bonds and love pet owners feel for their animals. very touching and emotional documentary. This restores faith in humanity when you see people uniting to help others through turbulent times & also find their missing beloved pets 4/5.
