Married to the MobA fluffy but entertaining comedy with a bubble-haired Pfeiffer having to escape the romantic advances of Mob boss Stockwell when her philandering gangster hubby, Frank 'Cucumber' DeMarco (Baldwin), is murdered in the tub with a hooker. When Modine appears on the scene as the cop who has gone undercover as her new neighbour in order to keep an eye on her, you just know how things are going to turn out, but getting to the inevitable conclusion is a lot of fun, with Pfeiffer charming as the woman trying to free herself from the clutches of the Mob.
