I can honestly say That they could have done a better job with this film, they could have got into more detail about Kurt Cobains life, Like how he started out with his musical career to meeting his wife courtney love and them having their baby girl Frances bean, His addiction to Heroin, how his fans felt when his life ended tragically, he was really a remarkable musician, There has not or ever will be another grunge musician like Kurt Cobain

you know, the director of "good will hunting," "elephant," "drug store cowboy"?

it's minimalist in the number of scenes and the content therein..the dialogue leaves something to be desired, but there's a great scene where blake, the cobain type character, is creating music inside a room..the camera is positioned outside the house and slowly pulls away..the contrast between the beautiful house and sunny day, and the dark, somewhat initially repetitive song was what made the movie, in my opinion
