In the jungle of Nool, the elephant Horton hears a voice in a speck; he uses a clover to rescue the speck of dust and he makes contact with the Mayor of Whoville. Horton discovers that in that tiny speck there is a city crowded with creatures and he decides to leave Whoville in a safe place. However, the evil Kangaroo does not believe Horton's story and thinks he's dangerous for the children of Nool, making them believe in what they can not see, hear or feel, and incites the animals against Horton.
A must for Dr. Suess fans
From the team who bought us 'Ice Age' comes this, the best big budget adaptation of the
good Doctor to date. The animation, the drawings, the voices, the depiction of the two contrasting worlds, are all excellant.Better still is the the spirit and the tone throughout,
which takes me back to my first encounters with Seuss's books as a child. Near perfect
A story of Horton, and people called Who -- but how many movies? It seems to be two! There's one that's quite Seussical, gentle and charming. The other stars Jim Carrey, brash and alarming! What auds will attend? Who has what it takes? Wee innocent children -- and moms with headaches!

This film literally jumps out of the screen with colour and vibrancy, both in the feature and the content. Horton, a huge elephant, hears a Who on a speck of what I would say is pollen on a flower, and comes to realise, in typical oddly rhymed Seuss fashion, that a person is a person no matter how small. Adult or not, this is one of the most fun filled films I have seen in the last two years, a complete hoot, superb and well worth a watch. Simple, unabashed, superb bri...
