I enjoyed this because I love movies on this level. If you like old time movies, blues, love, drama, and excellent actors, then you won't be disappointed. A movie I wish I was starring in or at least it was a TV show. Re-watchable and I give it a 5/5.

As a blues guitarist its nice to hear KebMo doing some pickin' on the guitfiddle in a movie. He's one of the best widely known blues player alive. Any movie thats wrapped REAL Blues into it get a thumbs-up from me.

Who knows the content of this masterpiece..? "Holla" I must say, all the actor)es) were simply brilliant in his/her performance and deserve kudos ..But, The honors must be bestowed upon the creator of this Mona Lisa/Rembrandt, an inspiring piece of ingeniousness that dwells in two plains but spills out in a small town located in a state of ignorance..

Great work of art! The scale in place captures not the importance of this "will become" masterpiece..

This was another look into the history of what ppl did and went through in the south during the 50's. good cuts of true R & B at the end, not a horrible film overall.
