When I found out that the same guy that directed Pan's Labyrinth directed this one, I had to watch it. This movie gets a 4 out of 5 cuz the visual effects in this film will blow your mind, I agree with storyboard in some parts it did seem like a lil kids movie but over all it will be bought and added to my film collection. Good,bad,ridiculas,over-the-top,yet strangely compelling.I personaly think the first one is better,but this one really keeps your attension due to unique creatures and mind-blowing special effects.I would tell someone to watch it!

When I heard the director from "Pans Labyrinth" took over..I ran to see this movie. I knew the visual effects would be (sorry i'm a 90's kid) off the chain aka the bomb, and I was correct. I enjoyed the storyline as well. Can't wait to see the next one..

This is a very good sequel to the 1st "Hellboy". It has good action, acting, and a good storyline. I would like to see another "Hellboy" if the story is as good as this one. I would rate this movie a 8 out of 10 to see.
