Not a bad movie but also not brilliant. I enjoyed it but there were a few moments in the movie where things happened and I thought..meh..

I have a feeling there's going to be a sequel which I might get around to watching.

This was a pretty good Action/Sci-Fi movie.. It wasn't Cuba Gooding Jr. or Val Kilmer's best but it was a lot better than the stuff they have put out recently.. I had my doubts about this but it wasn't long until the movie pulls the viewer in with the futuristic story and the action was pretty good to watch.. 4/5..

the funny thing is that they do have chips to put in peoples heads! hahahaha, the government has been experimenting with it for a long time not only for mind control but to help people to that are impaired! but no one is touching my head! and if they do they get a bullet in their head! no lie!(automatically)..
