Hey, I watched this the other night.. thought I'd seen all of Michael J Fox's movies but it seems this one slipped through the net. I expected the usual light-hearted comedy romance format, and this starts looking that way, I thought it actually was"My Favourite Year" for a moment, but it has a bit more depth to it, it's a bit more grown-up and gritty. OK shoot me cos it IS still a romcom actually, hmm anyway I thought it was good and figured someone ought to rate it for yer. MJF plays a concierge in a plush New York hotel, a Mr Fixit for the rich who stay there, but meanwhile he's saving all his pennies to someday build his own hotel. He falls for lovely Gabrielle Anwar but she's going out with some unsuitable rich guy.. You'll pick it up as you go along I guess! If you haven't seen this one it's certainly worth a watch if Mr Fox is your thing. Not bad, 4.2/5
