Fighting Failure.
I couldn't help but laugh at this film while watching it, as it reminds me of a few other films which are, 'All the action and good parts from the film, go into the trailer' kinda deals. It is seriously like a rookie movie, the acting is so bad, and you can see it. It goes on for around 3 hours, and doesnt accomplish much during so.

A beefy looking guy selling knock-off 'Harry Potter books' from a rug at a market, all of a sudden gets robbed one day, and he throws some punches at the guys who done it. Someone sees this, a wannabe bigshot played by Terrence Howard, and talks Knock-off Nigel into fighting for money. Fight after Fight after Fight ensues, literally. Ye...

Fighting, where???
The film titled fighting looked really good on the trailer, this is just one of them films that you get all the build up for and then it is rubbish! The fighting scenes dont match up to much more like a wrestling match, I thought it was going to be action from start to end but the story line was poor.

I am a huge fan of terrance howard who plays the manager of the fighter yet his wet character in this film irritated me the drowny voice he used was the worse wet voice I have ever heard.

I have to say please dont bother wasting your money going to see this if you have to rent it on DVD because it's awful.

A one-way ticket to Palookaville, Fighting stars up-and-comer Channing Tatum as a kid with a past and a wicked right, and resurrects two old Hollywood standbys -- '40s fight dramas and graffiti-splattered, pre-Giuliani New York. This helps make the surroundings in director Dito Montiel's ham-fisted drama feel as familiar as its plot, although Terrence Howard's apparent Christopher Walken impersonation qualifies as something new. Pic's loser-triumphant plotline should leave auds at ringside moderately happy.

Montiel (who debuted with the 2006 fest fave A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints) is back on familiar turf in New York, although it's less the New Y...

Well Chaning Tatum in a serious, hot action/drama movie was something very very enjoyable to watch and he was really AWSOME.

This is not a fairytale instead its about new yourk, crazy stuff that goes on there and something speciall.

Love'd the end, great storyline and great act/ shooting.

A Must See. 5 star movie
