A lot like the games. I liked this movie and I like most everything from Renaissance and Sam Raimi including the Xena series.Bruce Campbell was Autolocis the theif in Xena and the Main character here in Evil Dead. I love his mania.

I know this is a sequel, but having watched the first only last night, it seems more of a re-envisioning of the first. Almost as if the first just didn't turn out the way they wanted, so they refilmed it and called Evil Dead II. Don't get me wrong, still love these batty a$$ films and their delightfully cheesy clay-mation DEMONS(for those who didn't catch that in the movie). I could hon:estly see going insane being alot like this movie. Either that or a good LSD trip. - ) 5/5
