This was a cute movie and I liked the moral of the story that we have the power to change within ourselves. You can't blame everything on God. "God made me fat." BS. You have the power to change you and no one else. I couldn't sit through the corney song at the end it was a little over the top but still a cute movie.

I had read the book before this movie came out. I felt in love with the author: LEVINE - who has written many other great books. This one was one that i enjoyed reading. The movie was ok, didn't follow through with some parts of the book, but what movie is exactly like it? he he. Anyways it was still great.

Good movie 9/10.. Still at this age I cannot stop loving fairytale.. I just love it when I see the "Happily Ever After" sign.. LoL though I wonder if it really is a happily ever after ^_^

I read the book as a kid and I loved it. Although the movie isn't exactly like the book, it's a great adventure on its own! The storyline is easy to understand for people unfamiliar with the book, which some movies fail at. I love the musical scenes, it makes it a classic Disney film. Anne Hathaway is gorgeous and this is definitely a family favorite.
