A pleasant surprise
After seeing some good reviews I decided to give this a go expecting a decent enough action flick. What I didn't expect was the most breathless, exciting and funny film of the year. Anyone expecting plot, characterisation or Oscar-worthy acting is going to leave disappointed, everyone else will have a field day.
The film opens with Statham waking up, hearing some bad news and kicking his t.v. in, we are then taken on a breakneck journey of ludicrous action, insane stunts, brilliant gags and possibly the funniest sex scene in cinema history. I don't want to spoil the fun so just see it. |
