Shockingly funny
Anyone expecting the Borat level of shock-factor will be in for a surprise as Bruno goes far beyond the standard of taste that film stayed within! Outrageously funny from the start, it early on sets the level of shock with a brief series of scenes of the sex acts he gets up to with his young companion. It is truely a film where you laugh whilst also knowing that, perhaps, you shouldn't really find it funny. But there is one slight flaw in the film...

You can tell that much more of it was scripted than the antics in Borat, with the real-life moments being scattered a bit thinner this time. This is likely down to how high-profile Baron-Cohen has become over the past few years, that ...

Attention, recession-era entertainment buffs: Br??no offers more shock value for your moviegoing dollar than any other movie this year.

Though the humor is sometimes hilarious and sometimes inane, the shock factor is undeniable.

You'll cringe and watch through splayed fingers, but mostly you'll laugh.

Br??no is the flamboyantly gay Austrian fashionista created and played by Sacha Baron Cohen, best known for his outlandish starring role in 2006's Borat.

When writeing this review just after seeing the film I still dont know what too think really. The only words come too my head are 'WTF', because thats all I can think when watching this movie.

I loved all his previous movies and still do but I dont know he's a hard man too understand how he plays the part so well and yet you think he's gay but you know he's not...I think.

Dont expect serious funny in this movie its all slapstick and over the top are carn't belive I just saw that.

Well, if ya get paid to do and it lights ya candle then go for it but please not in face.

I love the way people just don't know how to take what they are watching.

It's a SPOOF! It's a CHARACTER!

It's supposed to be highly controversial but it's just a joke at the end of the day.

Anyway I found it funny.

I didn't think he could top Borat. The trailors didn't do this film enough justice. Frickin' hilarious!! And the scene at the psychic reader? I was laughing as involuntarily as a sneeze. I'm still laughing, actually. I give it 10/10, because that's as high as the ratings go.

I'm a big Sacha Cohen fan. I love Borat and Ali G and have even watched all the non-US episodes. But this was just awful. Not funny, all the jokes were set up, and there was much too much 'member'. I couldn't watch more then the first 30 mins, and after realizing I haden't even cracked a smile once, but turned away in disgust multiple times, I turned it off. Worse then cancer.
