Adopted by an African American family in South Central L.A., Derrick (Mullany) grows up an Irish white boy who thinks he's black! When his mother (Devine) catches him romantically entangled with a woman on her couch, he's thrown out with an ultimatum--he must prove he can do something right. The task is simple, bring home a carton of milk by supper time. He meets up with his buddy Chris (Payne) and the pair turn this simple chore into a days worth of bizarre adventures. They catch trouble with everyone in their path including a dangerous drug lord, a 300-pound ex-girlfriend, a neighbourhood p... imp, and a couple of redneck cops. Before this crazy day is through, Derrick must prove himself to his family and to the hood.

Dreadful - Avoid
This movie has no gay content other than an indescribably awful scene with so-called gay, sadist, would-be rapists! Take Eddie Murphy, mix him with Jim Carey, throw in some Adam Sandler, take away all style, humour and genuine comedy from them and throw in unbelievably gratuitous, foul language, then you've just about got this movie. Avoid it at all possible costs.
