darn, this is such a good fiilm as well, a sci fi that raises good questions about the ethical and moral use of technology, it also raising some interesting questions about our destiny and and origins. a very good film that probably inspired strange days (or at least the technology is similar idea) but they are very diferant movies

One of the better examples of 1980s science fiction, made all the better by Natalie Wood's eternally smiling lips.

A good story well acted, the precepts of which are as relevant - perhaps more so - today, as they were back then. One can only wonder how good it could have been but for Natalie's tragic death during the shooting of the film.

Quite rightly dedicated to her.
