Like one of the other comments (below) says, this film is unlike its description; so you may want to see the synopsis posted in the "reviews" area. It seems to me that "A Day's Work" wanted to portray some of the difficulties contained in one humdrum day of a woman's life. She's apparently a single mother, and without a long-term job.

This "short" is meant to be sophisticated (i.e. you're supposed to figure out the metaphor yourself). But I agree that it would have been nicer had it had a clearer intent. As it is, it looks like a mere slice of something longer. I rate it 4 or 4 1/2 out of 10.

kinda tedious but i think thats supposed to reflect the woman's average mundane day .. like the others have said the descriptions wrong .. its one of those shorts where you are supposed to come away with a message from it ,but i couldn't grasp it 2/5
