I am not happy about it either!
mods lost there powers when they had to remove apacs (outlaw immortal) mod access because there were so many complaints!
the chatbox was redeveloped so that mods were no longer 'required'
ha ha ha
i think men hate to be proved wrong and they removed mod access just cos they could. or maybe it was too much trouble to identify good mods and eliminate the bad ones.... your guess is as good as mine!
