Name: Troy Evans
Date of Birth: 16 February 1948 1966 Graduate of Flathead High School in Kalispell, Montana. Troy Evans served with the 25th Infantry Division (2/22 mechanized) in Vietnam, 1968 and 1969. Appeared in the pilot episode of David Lynch's bizarre "Twin Peaks" (1990) as the school principal, Principal George Wolchezk, but he doesn't appear in any other episodes. Appeared in the pilot episode of "ER" (1994) as Officer Frank Martin. He returned years later as a replacement for Jerry the desk clerk. Frank often talks about his police career to the doctors. ...
