Date of Birth: 8 January 1989 First paying job was in a music video for a band named Alkaline Trio. He used to do comedy shows in his basement for all his friends. His favorite meal is french fries and chicken strips, with tons of ketchup on the side, and Coca-Cola. When he was young he memorized all of the commercials on TV and recited them to all his family. He even wrote his first screenplay when he was 12. Has the same birthday as Elvis Presley, and has a collection of Elvis memorabilia. He has an IQ of 155. ... Even though he acted in Rebound, and had two weeks of training, he still doesn't know how to play basketball. He originally wanted to be a painter before he became an actor. Directed, produced and wrote his first short film when he was 17 years old. Never took the SATs, but graduated high school with a 4.0 GPA. Before he booked the role of Dr. Harold Zelinsky on NBC's "ER" he appeared as a patient named Gus two years earlier on the same show. Was considered for the role of Fogel (McLoving) in the Judd Apatow movie "Super Bad." The role went to Christopher Mintz-Plasse. Is an avid fan of the J.J. Abrams TV show "Lost.". Even though Steven does not consider himself athletic at all, he has been forced to learn how to play sports for his acting roles. He had three weeks of basket ball training for his role in "Rebound," and 10 weeks of ice hockey practice for the "ER" episode "Atonement."
