Name: Scott Frank
Date of Birth: 10 March 1960 Brother-in-law of director Phil Joanou, who directed Frank's teleplay 'Dead End for Delia' installment of Showtime's television noir anthology, "Fallen Angels" (1993). Frank also wrote the screenplay for Joanou's 1996 feature, Heaven's Prisoners (1996).
