This paved the way for an internship at the nationally famous nonprofit organization, Girlstart. Won the Horn Award for Excellence in Theatre in 2005. Has a golden retriever named Ruby Red XVIII. Has been knitting and loom weaving since she was 8. Plays the piano, xylophone, marimba, timpani, and drums.
