Date of Birth: 24 December 1942 Grew up on a farm on the Danish island of Lolland.Received a scholarship from the ministry of culture in 1975 and moved to Paris. However, he had to work as a waiter in the beginning in order to make ends meet.Started his career in his native Denmark, but has since appeared in a large number of movies and TV-movies in France.1998: Read texts from philosopher Søren Kierkegaard and artist Asger Jorn at the Copenhagen City Museum.
