Date of Birth: One of the most outspoken and litigious of the women who surfaced in the 1990s with accusations of sexual misconduct against President Bill Clinton, Arkansas state employee Paula Corbin Jones emerged as a public figure in the mid-'90s. At that time, she filed a suit against Clinton for alleged harassment during his term as governor in Little Rock.
