He was born in Montreal, Quebec to Egyptian parents. His father, Wadid Sabongui, is a psychologist and his mother, Leila Rizkalla, is a French educator and librarian. He has a sister named Marie-Marguerite Sabongui and three older brothers: Rami Joseph Sabongui, Amir Georges Sabongui and Camille Anthony Sabongui. Patrick obtained a Master's degree in acting from the University of California (Irvine) and a BFA in Drama for Human Development at Concordia University (Montreal). ... Patrick has made his career as an actor, stunt performer, theatre actor and drama teacher. He also spent several years working live stunt shows in Southern California.
