Date of Birth: 6 December 1954 Miles Chapin is the great-great-grandson of the founder of Steinway & Sons, the world famous piano manufacturer. Chapin authored a book entitled "88 keys--The Making of a Steinway Piano" and is an expert on Steinway piano making. His father is former Metropolitan Opera General Manager and author Schuyler G. Chapin and his mother is the former Betty Steinway, of the Steinway Piano family. Has made performances as a stand-up comic in numerous comedy clubs.
