Name: Michael Gothard
Date of Birth: 24 June 1939 Best remembered in Britain for the television series _"Arthur of the Britons" (1972)_ (qv), 'Ken Russell (I)' (qv) 's _The Devils (1971)_ (qv) and as the villain in _For Your Eyes Only (1981)_ (qv). His break into films came with 'Don Levy' 's _Herostratus (1967)_ (qv). Michael was unmarried, living in Hampstead, England and under treatment for depression at the time of suicide in 1992.
