Date of Birth: A veteran character actor of stage, television, feature films, and commercials, John Boylan's career encompassed six decades. A native of Canton, OH, Boylan started out as a founding member of the community's Player's Guild in 1932. His theater career eventually encompassed a few performances on Broadway. Moving to the Seattle area in 1978, Boylan went on to become a familiar face in Northwest theater. He launched his movie career in David Cronenberg's Rabid (1977).
