Date of Birth: 4 October 1930 Married to Peggy Cannon. Although his acting career dates back to the early 60's with hundreds of appearances, he is probably best known for playing Mr. Powell on the 80s sitcom "Charles in Charge" (1984). Diagnosed with esophageal cancer in February of 2007. Died six months later. Studied drama at the University of Washington following his Army discharge.
