Younger brother Keith, 23, is currently working towards a Masters in computer studies. Both he and his Summer of the Flying Saucer (2008) co-star Robert Sheehan have played a king of France. O'Conor played King Louis XIII of France in The Three Musketeers (1993) whereas Sheehan played his son King Louis XIV of France in "Young Blades" (2005).
