Name: Francis De Wolff
Date of Birth: 7 January 1913 Despite very often depicting European characters on film, he is a British actor.
He has the distinction of being the lead villian, Wilhelm Kramar, in the very first Dick Barton - Special Agent radio serial. Though the original no longer exists, the original cast reunited in 1977 to re-record the very first story (in honour of the Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II of England).
