Date of Birth: Was a guest speaker at the New York Psychiatric convention covering the topic of conquering phobias when he was 13 years old. Doug was featured on the CBS morning news at the age of 13 for successfully conquering a severe case of claustrophobia at an early age. Doug is a member of the sketch comedy group "Gratuity Not Included" which has performed in major cities domestically and internationally. Was cast in the feature film "The Perfect Game" after he was seen performing in a Los Angeles based improv show. ... The role of Pietre was written for Doug after he had a successful audition reading for a different role in "Bella". Was hired by Eduardo Verastegui as an acting coach for the feature "Bella". Ultimately declined being seen for the role due to his relationship with the 9-11 tragedy. Role written for him on HBO's series "Six Feet Under" by writer producer Laurence Andries in September of 2001. Is an accomplished pianist of 28 years. Born with perfect pitch.
