Date of Birth: 25 September 1953 Great-grandson of British stage actress Elliott Page ("Lady Windermere's Fan", "Prisoner of Zenda", a stint as Lady Bracknell in the original production of "Importance of Being Earnest", and Isadora Duncan's London debut, the two-character mime "Love in the Snow"). Produced probably the last "World Premiere" of a Bertolt Brecht (1898-1956) script with his 1998 production of Brecht and W.H. Auden's adaptation of "The Duchess of Malfi" at Theatre of NOTE in Hollywood. (David was also nominated for an L.A. Weekly Theatre Award for Original Music for this show.). ...
